This couplet may, in my opinion, shed light on the prospects of China's human rights and constitutional construction. The future of China’s human rights and constitutional construction, to  a great extent, depends on the reforms and developments of legal education. The Law School of Shantou University, positioned on the forefront of legal educational reforms, has been advancing in spite of difficulties and barriers. The reforms of the school, including those in teaching programs, course designing and faculty recruitment, have been developing rapidly in the direction of internationalization.
